Our schedule is designed to offer the seminarian great flexibility with all of his other responsibilities. In some other seminaries, the student is extremely bound by a schedule which leaves little time for family, work, church, or anything that is found in normal life. This is not the case with Heart of America.

The evening classes are scheduled so that a week-day, day-time job obligation will not pose a threat to the educational process nor will the educational requirements pose a threat to the family income. This schedule also works around family and church times.

Some classes are offered on Saturday mornings when many families are less active. This schedule leaves Saturday afternoons free to be with the family when family activity is more likely.

The schedule is good for single seminarians planning for family and marriage. The ability to work, attend school, and still maintain the obligations of a new wife promote a healthy beginning to a marriage relationship.

While there is no perfect schedule, Heart of America believes that its schedule is very friendly to family, work, and church.
